Warranty

All orders come with a 1-year warranty from the date of order.

Warranty covers:

• Cables that are dead on arrival. E.g. Not functioning right out of the box.
• Cables that have any connection issues.

Warranty does not cover:

• Ripped/pulled wires from the detachable connector caused by the customer.
• Any other damages to the cable that are caused by the customer.
• Aesthetic impairments such as scratched detachable connectors.*

*We check all our cables for any physical/visual imperfections prior to shipping. If you do notice any issues such as dents or scratches that are larger than 0.5cm on your cable out of the box, please do reach out to us within 7 days after receiving your cable and we will make it right for you!

Claiming Warranty:

If a warranty is successfully claimed, we will provide a full replacement or fix the cable depending on case by case basis.

Please reach out to us through our Contact Us page or DM us @SilkeyKBD on Instagram for a warranty claim. Shipping will be covered by SilkeyKBD within the first 90 days since the order is placed otherwise shipping would be borne by the customer.
