Cable length for DROP, HHKB & Ducky One 2 Mini Keyboards
These keyboards have high power requirements due to its RGB prowess drawing a lot of power. For example, DROP keyboards only comes with only a 7ft / 210cm cable with their original packaging. Longer cables will have more power loss due to the distance which may affect your RGB brightness or it may not even function.
You may go through your product's discussion pages for more info. Some users have reported being able to use a cable over 9 feet but experienced dimmer RGB brightness. A possible solution is to use a powered USB hub to connect your keyboard though results may still vary.
Please do check your keyboard manufacturer's specifications and guidelines prior to ordering.
Do you reverse coil your cables?
Yes, we love to reverse coil our cables as it makes the cable more rigid and maintains the shape better. Nothing more satisfying than seeing a cable in that perfect condition and stays that way.
What is Techflex or double-sleeving?
Techflex is a sleeving that goes over your paracord hence the term double sleeving, adding another layer of colour combos for your cable with different Techflex colour options available. It also makes your overall cable more durable and your coils will stay in shape better than without it. Your coils will thank you in the long run for double sleeving them.
Do you use genuine Techflex?
Yes we do! We use genuine Techflex for all our cable services. We build our cables using quality materials just as how we'd like to have it for ourselves.
I would like a more customised cable but your website does not have those options.

Shipping
Turnaround time vs Shipping time?
Turnaround time is the time we need to build your order.
Shipping time is the period it takes for your order to be delivered to your address after your order is built and shipped.
Duties and Taxes
Import tariffs and taxes may apply to international consumers.
Any import costs such as tax and handling fees conducted by the customer’s custom clearance authority would be the responsibility of the customers.
Should the customer refuse to pay such import costs when the parcel has arrived at the destination country, the shipping company may not deliver the parcel and SilkeyKBD would not be able to provide any refund.
Average shipping transit time (International Orders)
We mainly use FedEx for international shipments at the moment. Typically takes 4-5 business days to be delivered. International shipping prices and estimated delivery dates vary by territory which would be shown at check-out.
Your country's customs process may also affect your order's delivery date.
Average shipping transit time (Malaysia)
For local orders (MY) typically takes 2-3 days (West Malaysia) and 7-8 days (East Malaysia) to be delivered after being shipped out.
