For custom cables, turnaround time is stated on the announcement banner at the top of our page.

We mainly use FedEx for international shipments at the moment. Typically takes 4-5 business days to be delivered. International shipping prices and delivery dates may vary by territory which would be shown at check-out. Your country's customs process may also affect your order's delivery date.

For orders to be delivered within Malaysia typically takes:

• 2-3 business days (West Malaysia)
• 7-8 business days (East Malaysia)
